How it works

From inspection to completion — one structured maintenance workflow

Every Siyanify request follows the same visible path: submit the issue, review details, inspect the site, agree on scope and price, schedule the right technician, repair with updates, and confirm completion with tracking you can rely on.

Siyanify maintenance workflow from inspection to completion

Eight steps from first report to closed job

Each stage has a clear owner, a customer touchpoint, and a status or record that keeps property teams and residents aligned.

Submit request

The requester describes the maintenance issue, selects the project and building, adds block and unit details, sets priority, and can attach a photo.

What property managers see

Managers coordinate through Siyanify operations — not a separate public owner dashboard marketed on this site.

  • Requests from residents and property contacts enter the same structured workflow.
  • Quotation and approval steps are coordinated with the designated approver for each building.
  • Status progression and client-visible updates provide visibility without requiring direct system access for every manager.
  • Completion records remain tied to the reference number for follow-up and service history.

What residents see

Residents interact through the public request and status pages available today.

  • Submit requests in English or Arabic with project, building, block, unit, and optional photo.
  • Receive a reference number immediately after a successful submission.
  • Track status, scheduled visits, technician name (when assigned), and client-visible updates.
  • No separate resident app is required — tracking uses the reference number and requester mobile number.

How approvals work

Approvals gate scheduling and repair — they are not skipped in the standard workflow.

After site inspection, Siyanify prepares a quotation for the property’s authorised contact. Repair work proceeds only once that contact approves the quoted scope.

Approval is recorded in the workflow before technicians are scheduled for the repair stage. If scope changes after inspection, a revised quotation may require a new approval before work continues.

How tracking works

The status page shows what is recorded in the workflow — not speculative timelines.

Enter your reference number and the mobile number used when submitting the request. The page shows current status, location details, scheduled visit (when set), technician name (when assigned), and client-visible update notes.

Statuses reflect real workflow stages such as New, Reviewed, Assigned, Scheduled, In Progress, and Completed. Updates appear when Siyanify adds client-visible notes to the request.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about the Siyanify maintenance workflow.

Do all requests require a site inspection?

Most maintenance work begins with a site visit so scope and safety can be confirmed. Simple cases may move quickly, but inspection before quotation is the standard path.

Can work start before approval?

Repair work is scheduled after quotation approval by the authorised property contact. Emergency handling depends on property arrangements agreed with Siyanify — not automatic same-day guarantees.

Who can approve a quotation?

The approver is the property owner, manager, or contact designated for that building. Siyanify coordinates approval through the channel agreed for your property.

How do I track my request?

Use Track Your Request with your reference number and the mobile number from submission. You will see status, scheduled visit details when available, and client-visible updates.

Is there a separate portal for property managers?

Public workflows cover request submission and status tracking. Deeper portfolio tools are coordinated with Siyanify operations and are not marketed here as a self-service owner portal for every account.
